Three formulas.
One framework.

From one-off diagnosis to continuous steering.

Every formula relies on the same method, calibrated to your steering maturity.

Brainmood doesn't sell a tool. Brainmood installs a steering capability.

Choose your formula based on three criteria:

The current maturity of your organizational steering.

The scope involved (ExCom, BU, full perimeter).

The horizon: one-off diagnosis, progressive integration, or durable cadence.

The formulas

Measure. Program.
Steering.

Three levels of commitment, one methodological rigor.

04

Readout

Prioritized action plan. Owner, deadline and criterion for each lever. Trade-off follow-up.

Typical cases

Who these formulas
are for.

Structured diagnosis

ExCom losing alignment

“We feel something is slowing us down. We want to know what, without committing to a long program.”

Target: SME / mid-cap leadership · Decision in 4 to 6 weeks.

Progressive integration

Transformation underway

“We're going through change. We want to stay on course without missing the weak signals.”

Target: BU in transformation · 6 to 12-month cycle.

Continuous steering

Multi-site group

“We want a comparable reading of our sites. No barometer, no psychological interpretation.”

Target: multi-site groups · Annual commitment.

Frequently asked questions

Before committing.

How long before the first results?

The first structured diagnosis delivers prioritized trade-offs in 4 to 6 weeks. A durable cadence settles over 6 to 12 months: that's what distinguishes a one-off observation from a real steering capability.

What confidentiality for employees?

Responses are pseudonymous, with no nominative profile, and readouts are exclusively aggregated, protected by native anti-reidentification thresholds. No individual reading is possible, neither for the employer nor for Brainmood. It's not a contractual commitment, it's a structural constraint of the platform.

How is this different from an HR barometer?

A barometer measures a perception. Brainmood structures a steering-oriented reading: tension zones, alignment, operational dynamics. The output is not an engagement score, it's a prioritized action plan with owner, deadline and completion criterion.

Do we need an HR sponsor to start?

Brainmood primarily addresses executives and the ExCom. HR can be an orchestration partner, but the main sponsor is general management. It's a steering program, not an HR project.

Can we test before committing?

Yes. The Structured diagnosis is designed as an entry point: it delivers real value in 4 to 6 weeks, with no cadence commitment. Many of our clients then move to a progressive or continuous program.
