Your mission
Your role consists of:
- identifying relevant business opportunities;
- introducing Brainmood to your network;
- facilitating connections with qualified decision-makers;
- contributing to the development of new collaborations.
You do not have to handle the full sales process. Our team takes care of presenting the solutions, engaging with prospects and closing contracts.
The profile we are looking for
We are looking for people who are:
- backed by an active professional network;
- comfortable making introductions;
- able to quickly grasp a company's needs;
- reliable, autonomous and results-oriented;
- attentive to the quality of the contacts they pass on.
Knowledge of human resources, training, occupational health, management or quality of work life is a real asset.
A results-based collaboration
The collaboration is governed by a business introducer agreement setting out the terms, each party's responsibilities and the remuneration arrangements.
